Our School Web Site / School Appreciation Note / Who We Are
Dear Student Candidate,

First let me say thank you for your interest in our school.

There are two "parts" to our school's web site. The "front end" (of our school's web site) for prospective students to learn "who we are" and "what we do" and the "back end" which you do NOT see (for students only with a log in and pass-code) that is (our) "The PJM Library". The library has all of our curriculum in "audio" and "visual". When a student is not in class or working with me, they are in the library. The library is perfect for students who are part-time as every class is recorded so they can listen at their "convenience". The library allows all of us to leverage our time and learn our "craft" the very best way it fits each individual student. When a student enrolls the very first thing we do after getting you "set up" is to review your welcome package and "get" you comfortable with "everything in The PJM Library".

Next ... I am so proud to announce the beginning of our fourth year this fall (2010), and I would like to say thank you. First and foremost none of us would be here without our students. Our students are wonderful (and fabulous) people from all "walks of life". I say humbly to the students, thank you for your hard work, dedication, inspiration, support and great success over the years! You have made my job so enjoyable and again if it were not for you, "none of our PJM faculty or staff" would be here. I must say thank you to our faculty and staff as your hard work and dedication to our students has been a daily "blessing" that keeps on giving. So, one more time, from the bottom of my heart, a big thank you to the students and all of the staff and the support people that have made our school "all that it is"!

Finally I want to speak to exactly who we are.

We are business owners who are in business to educate, prescribe and save the market-place a fortune in premium dollars. Our philosophies are simple and highly effective.

We teach the market-place how the industry works. We teach how the insurance companies have created a "grid" that is "self serving" and how the odds are 500-1 that the consumer and our competition will "get it right". We teach how the most common mistake or the "$100 premium mistake" will cost the average consumer $40,000 and more in wasted premium or their hard earned dollars. We teach the market-place how the business owner is over-paying by at least 50% and why and how this is "crazy". This market (businesses) is over 200 million strong and is a gold-mine for the student and for the business-owner as clearly they need us more than ever in these tough economic times.

We see our business as an "insurance store" where we have "sections", "departments", and "specific aisles" for their "shopping" and "educational" pleasure. We are in many or most facets of the insurance industry which creates "demand" on so many "fronts" for your traffic (consumers) and "multiple" income streams for you.

Not only have we positioned ourselves as THE great educator saving the market-place countless dollars over months, years and decades ... we have gone one step further as we have become the "Anti-Insurance" messenger "siding" with the consumer on their "fears", "gripes and complaints" and the "concerns" born from "ignorance". When we say "ignorance", we are NOT saying "stupidity", as the average consumer is just not "in the know" concerning "how it all works" and the "why's and the why-nots".

To be in a position to grow and earn residual income without limitation, and to do it as the "educator", the "anti insurance company" in business to HELP people understand what they do not understand ... all from our home offices is ... WHO WE ARE!

Our home-based insurance store:

"Simply said" ... first we have (build) "our insurance store" ... then we "create traffic" with our marketing programs ... we then provide great "education" (for the traffic)... we then "slot" (the consumer) in the "department" "section" or "aisle" they belong in and the "traffic" or "consumer" throws money at us as you have provided a "healthy obligation" as they say "where else would I or could I go the get what you just gave me"? Education, service, savings and alot more ... "this is who we are" and "this is what we do"!

Thank You,
Drew Ross
